- Full height 'nib' wall to separate kitchen and leisure rooms
- Reverse cycle ducted air con
- Gas fireplace in leisure room
- Double polyurethane doors to pantry
- Polyurethane shelf for microwave insert
- Flyscreen to back stacker door
- Spa bath to en suite
- Brickwork to replace cladding above garage
That's all we needed to supersize (I hope!)

I was reading again the Prestige Essential, and in the page about External, it can be read: item L : Brickwork above Garage Door. So, it shouldn't be an upgrade, at least I understand that.

DeleteWe had "Stria board cladding over garage" as part of our facade. I see from your drawings you have the same. It's an upgrade because they need to put extra support in to hold the bricks, there is brickwork above garage up until the first floor starts. Will you be upgrading yours too?

In the prestige doesn't say anything about if is only for the first floor. the doubt should be in advantage of the costumer lol
